At JRU each student is respected and treated with care and compassion. No generalisations are made and each student is treated as an individual. Students are motivated and encouraged to achieve the highest level of performance.
We regard our students as a trust and regard the fulfilment of their needs while they are in our care as a great responsibility. Our staff keep a watchful and sympathetic eye on their progress, general well-being and health.
Students are positively encouraged to voice any concerns they may have to whichever member of JRU Management they feel most affinity with. This policy creates an atmosphere of understanding and appreciation. There is a strong feeling of brotherhood, love and affection between all in the true Islamic spirit.
Students are registered on arrival with the local GP surgery situated opposite the residential block, which kindly offers its services to our students. As well as receiving professional attention, students who are unwell are well cared for by staff and students at JRU. We ensure patients are provided a suitable diet and allowed plenty of rest so that they can recover as quickly as possible.
Overseas students are given support to settle down and get used to life in a different country. The caring environment among our students ensures newcomers to the country quickly feel at home and become part of the family at JRU.
